Switch port security

port security is a way of providing authority to a particular PC only to connect through it and no other else.
it registers the mac address of the current attached PC to the concerned port allows only that mac address to access the switch and no other PC.
port security provides 3 types of security violations:
shutdown(it is default and shutdowns the PC immediately after a security violation)
restrict(recommended it not only ignores but also provides a flash message the administrator)
protect(ignores any other mac address if attached).
i have used her restrict command.
